TCL North America stands behind the quality of our electronics and offers a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our store. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Once approved, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for your device.

  Pack Your Product

  Securely place the item in its original box with all cables, remotes, and manuals to ensure safe transit and prevent restocking fees.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
